Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vocamigo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Vocamigo is provided by GRQTECH SISTEMAS DE INFORMACAO LTDA ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Brazil.

2. Description of Service

Vocamigo is a Spanish vocabulary learning application available for iOS and Android devices. The App provides flashcards, mini-games, spaced repetition learning, and vocabulary organized by real-world usage frequency and topics.

The App functions offline and does not require an internet connection for core features. No user account registration is required, and no personal data is synced to external servers.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Vocamigo offers premium features through in-app purchases, including:

• Monthly Subscription: Recurring payment billed monthly until cancelled
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment for permanent access to premium features

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By making a purchase, you also agree to the respective store's terms and conditions.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes for monthly subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the date of the price change.

We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes through the App or the respective app store. Your continued use of the premium features after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform:

• Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play Store: Refund requests can be made through Google Play's support or the Google Play app within the applicable refund window

We do not directly process refunds. Please contact the respective app store for any refund inquiries.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of GRQTECH SISTEMAS DE INFORMACAO LTDA or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Vocamigo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GRQTECH SISTEMAS DE INFORMACAO LTDA. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or language proficiency improvements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRQTECH SISTEMAS DE INFORMACAO LTDA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
